Look me in the eyes and tell me this isn't badass. Tampa is about 500% more badass IMO. (Seriously dude, that looks like it's straight from GTA 4) yeah, Packie, Johnny, Terry and Clay models are straight from IV, just a bit touched up. It looks weird when watching the Trevor and Johnny scene since Trevor looked more realistic than Johnny, face wise. Those models are actually sculpted from scratch. It has more V assets than IV's. Perhaps with the ability to knock body panels off and other changes, IV models just didn't transfer correctly. Just because they used a GTA 4 Tampa picture in GTA V, doesn't mean that the Tampa was originally in GTA V. Using that logic would be equivalent to saying that there were stock car races in the GTA 4 beta, just because they used San Andreas footage for the GTA 4 in-game TV. The Vigero is the car that should have been cut, I mean I'm glad we got the Phoenix and Sabre Turbo but the Dukes was the only car I ever drove in IV.
