Here: http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtaiv/thestorygang You will need to move around some of the objects,but it should be behind the book, it will be an Air Sol ticket. Well... he maybe can moved to San Andreas, not exactly Los Santos. Maybe, I sad "maybe". Maybe he can be moved to any city from San Andreas state and, we only know (until now) LS and Blaine county, so, at least we can think that he can be moved to Las Venturas or San Fierro or, who knows, a entire new city.
