Lester Services Unavailable at high level. why?

so my Lester services on my second character is Unavailable even tho i'm level 89 and my other character is level 50 which has the services lester can give you.

all i really want is ''reveal player''

Just drive around.. it will give them gradually.

Phones usually don't work when calling while in cover. Also might be you never visited him or picked his calls up or if it's an old character, some characters that "survived" the week one server issues didnt make it without their scars. Save might be corrupted and you don't know it.

 

Off topic: What is it about forum users using every problem as bitching ammo instead of trying to help?

Because you rp glitched (i'm guessing... might, not be the case but I've seen this issue with rp glitching) you missed any opportunity to receive the calls you would otherwise get from gradual progression. You can make the services unlock but you have to spend time in free mode until you receive a job (call) from Lester.

At certain ranks, the npc's will call you letting you know what their services are....this includes Pegasus, Merryweather, Lamar, and Lester. If you level up quickly (continuously doing missions, grinding, or rp glitching) and miss the opportunity for the calls to come through, you will not unlock those services. Spend some time doing gang hideouts or simply out in the open world and you should get those calls you missed.

 

On my second character (actually my 4th due to vanishing player bugs) I used one of the RP glitches to go from 20 to 30 (to get the sniper rifle). I had to spend the equivalent of 4 in game days before I got the calls that gave missions and unlocked services I was missing.
