Logo and header request

I'm thinking of making a concept thread and I need some logos and stuff for it.

I kinda want it to look something like this:

 

where the protag is behind the logo. The protaginist in my concept would be:

 

 

also want the logo from: only without the whole "10th aniversary thing.

 

The color scheme is:

Do you mind changing some things, if not then could you all the logos and headers to this color scheme:

and also change the name to " VI San Andreas State" instead of San Juancito.

Also could you add palm trees like this:

I´ll post the headers later. That blue You picked btw is almost same as forum blue, I´m not using it because it blends into invisibility.
