I don't see any snow falling, nor do I see any snow on the roads, and I can't see any christmas clothes in the clothes stores either. Do I have to download something manually?

Did you load up Online without going to SP first?

'Cause I always go to SP first and I've been seeing "Holiday gift downloaded" or something pop up in the corner before I go online.

 

It probably isn't that but I thought I'd mention it just in case.

After playing another game for a few hours, I went on GTA, and the christmas spirit has come forth! Thanks.

 

..I gotta say, that they did a poor job making the snow, you can't even see tire tracks in it!

Just delete both the GTA update and Holiday gift, then clear your cache, and now re download the updates.
