Just witnessed a level 3 cat, straight from tutorial get gifted 2 billion.

 

Kid was freaking out screaming thank you.

If I had bought something like Battlefield or Call of Duty and joined my first match on Christmas, only to be modded to max rank or unlock all items in the game I would put it back down and be like "Well, I've beat this game already."

Just to let you know, at level 5 you can buy apartment + 10 expensive cars or anything you want.

After some more level, he is able to buy some weapons.

Ruined? the noob can't even touch half the damn content i have what can he do with barely anything to work with buying an expensive car means nothing why? simple he not only needs level 100 for half of the customization but 50+ race wins for the other half which includes turbo starts, Water & Air races, stunt jumps, Overtakes & slipstream

Yeah with DNS most likely, there are no ways hackers can reward you 2 billions.

But he wasn't given max rank or all items...he still has to play jobs to earn RP to rank up and unlock the items, and he will have a better experience than those of us who played from day 1 because he won't have to play the handfull of decent paying missions to earn cash.
