It may just be everyone in a tizzy about Miley Cyrus acting like any other pop act in modern history as an excuse to hate it, but I don't. Royals is the most overplayed song of the year, and while the lyrics are pretty good it's so damn boring. It's not like other pop music with dubstep backings, which is why everyone feels like the song drags. That and it's overplayed.
