From what I've heard this is supposed the in-game Corvette and I can kinda see especially with some of the mods available for it. But I had to sell mine not to long after getting it. The reason? The hood fell off and I found out it has a DOHC Inline 4 and not the beasty V8 that the 'Vette is supposed to have.

I thought the Coquette had a Inline 6?

 

4 intake runners, 4 exhaust runners, 2 cam gears = DOHC inline 4

 

 

 

That being said, this is what mine looked like before I sold it. I was going with a 30th Anniversary Edition feel to it. Could never find the right wheels that screamed 'Vette. Not that it matters since the Coquette is no Corvette with it's fo' banger and all.

The convertibles look awesome. What color do you have to order for vert?

I ordered it in black but it's random from what other users have reported. It's only an option if you luck out and get the targa top when you order it. Even at that you can only add or remove the carbon roof.

Why all the hate I don't like those lights, I don't like that spoiler, then don't put it on yours... Do you really want every car to look exactly like yours?

Not sure why people hate spoilers so much. It's a little much when you see them on sh*tty civics irl but spoilers aren't ugly by default. I usually don't like seeing them on vehicles that don't go fast enough to warrant having them but these are fast cars. If you're a racer/ want your car to have that look then you need one.

Ohhh, ok. I see the engine close-up now and I see the exhaust and intake manifold. What a shame, its a nice car with a crappy Vtec.

Yeah. I couldn't figure out why it sounded funny. Then the hood came off after a wreck and I understood. Franklin's Buffalo has the exact same 4-banger. I think the Khamelion does too...

 

Still fairly quick with entertaining handling, though.

Who got a hard top Coquette? I only get the convertible. I have the hard top on SP not Online. Yes I know you can put a fiber roof on but I want a natural hard top

Sadly it is random when you purchase...it really should be an option in LSC to have a normal top or convertible.

Strange considering it sounds everything like a 6.2L GM motor... willing to bet the entire thing was copy-pasted from another car to save time. That or R* doesn't care/figures most of us won't care.

It took me 3 tries to get a convertible for both of my Coquettes. My third one came as a convertible.

I really wish the seats weren't tan. It clashes with almost every paint job. I'll try to post a pic of mine at some point.

tried a bit of ZR1 replica but failed, ^^i agree though, if the seats were dark it would have been better.

Lol that collor is almost the same as my Entity, even the same rims. although mine is more bright&green because its my custom hex collor. Looks sweet tough.
