I don't think it's a mistake. Since 1.06, it's been Vapid Fugitive. And on Newswire, Vapid Fugitive.

 

I think.. they made a mistake calling it Cheval so at 1.06 the named it a Vapid. We'll have to wait and see for 1.09, if it's still Vapid, then it's Vapid

 

What does Los Santos Customs say? Vapid or Cheval?

LSC says Cheval, the Fugitive itself strikes me as a Cheval, even when you get in the car, it says Cheval.

My character lost the cornrows last night at last. It was exactly as the snow add on installed and I re-entered online from story. Maybe they slipped in a fix?

The problem with the Fugitive is that they went out of their way to change it to a Vapid vehicle on the website with the 1.06 patch, but didn't change it anywhere else.

I can assume that Rockstar Newswire doesn't mean much, since they probably just copy/paste exactly from the website you buy it from.

thats odd, why change the manufacture ? Might be a mistake from the start ? Anyway the car had grown on me as a Cheval so if they change it to Vapid, its gonna be a lil bit awkward lol

There's probably a way. If you look on the Social Club there are different sections for cash you've earned. They could just set up an automated system that resets the shared section to $0 and matches it in-game. Providing they didn't spend it...

 

Also that won't deal with the cash from bounties, but just throwing something out there.

Don't. God himself could not fix this. The more you give people, the more they find things to complain about.

 

It's because they are bored. Drop these people in the forest or on an island and they won't complain, they will be too busy trying to stay alive.

Everything else that can be used to grief has huge cooldown timers yet the tank don't. Something needs to change with it

Or give back people their favorite Rat Loader, Rebel and increase the chance of finding rare vehicles while ban Rhino Tank existence in Online mode because Rockstar still don't have the brain to make the Tank rules properly.
