Nah, Madrazo respects trevor. If he disrespects him, his second ear is going too

If you go to the dealership after completing "Complications" but before starting "Mr. Phillips" you have the chance of triggering a random event where orders two security guys to kill you. He then either runs out of the dealership or hides in his office. If he runs out of his dealer ship you have to follow him and shoot him, otherwise he despawns pretty quickly.

 

Either way, though, you can shoot and kill him. However, he keeps posting on the in game internet so I guess he doesn't die in the canon.
