It's bad enough with all these idiots throwing stupid, unspendable quantities of money at us but now we have to contend with cheating, no-skills wankers using rank-up hacks. How f**king shallow must their gaming be to do that? I must be honest I'd get so bored doing that. I prefer the thrill of the chase and the experience of outwitting and out-shooting other genuine gamers. Where's the fun in just wandering round like you're the terminator knowing that very few can put you on your arse?

Their skills in the game wont be better.. if a rank 15 cheated to rank 150.. he still will play like a 15 ranker.. very easy to kill.. unless now he cant message you and say "oh high rank ofcourse vs a low rank.. only kills you can make" ...

As a player who just yesterday reached lvl 100 the old fashioned way, by grinding it...I can say there's no better feeling then knowing I reached it without the use of exploits. But saying that the hackers and glitchers ruined the game? I disagree. I'm still having a blast playing, and I had a method of having lots of legit money to stay competitive with the exploiters...so being outgunned was never a problem.

Im on my second character now, playing it 100% legit.. now i avoid fights in the beginning.. specially slower white dots..

I was in a session earlier and there were 2 guys with bounties on them driving round in a car near the central LSC. It looked a bit suspicious as lots of people were dying and I saw no bounties being claimed, so I checked them and they were both bountied for over $2 billion. (I guess they bountied each other for the attention). Unfortunately, they were both using god mode, so multiple clips of the AP pistol into their faces did nothing other than give them time to casually aim at me and kill me instantly. They killed me a couple more times after that, despite me not bothering to even try.

 

I then figured out this really cunning ploy - the best way to defeat them, with almost no effort on my part and they would never see it coming.

 

I joined a new session and forgot about them.
