Yes, but you're playing their game, you're still connecting to their cloud servers, everything gets logged.

It's not hard to find somebody, regardless of changing IP or DNS.

Topic has ran its course - not to mention the fact it couldn't be more obvious that it is the OP's own fault as to why he got banned; if that is actually the case, and he isn't just here seeking attention.

 

If you don't want to be banned, don't violate Rockstar's Terms of Service and actually play the game as it is intended to be played. Simples.
