They were not funny joke from very beginning. R* decreased payout in the missions to force people to buy this crap, but some of the people still keep their common sense. They should fix the game and balance the payouts instead of sticking their filthy hands into our pockets.

Decreasing payouts doesn't force anyone to buy cash cards, it simply forces you to work harder for nicer things.. There is no gun pointed at you're head saying to buy cash cards.

 

They want an online world that lasts, if everyone can get the top tier stuff within 4 days then that sort of defeats the purpose. Then again we're dealing with a generation that wants everything handed to them on a golden f*ckin plate while putting no effort into actually earning it.

What about constant messages about buying them if you need cash. Of course they weren't pointing gun at you screaming "buy our f*cking cash cards" because they got no ways to force you, but they are advertised so often R* as well may shove them up your hands.

 

People want to have everything right now, but you can't blame them in game, which slaps you for having fun, so since R* decreased payouts and not everybody got time and will to sit whole day on GTA: O farming cash for a tank, plane or something else cash cards became only legit way to get more money.

I just don't get how you guys act like *R is a victim. Realize that once *R decided to sell in game money they screwed up. If we pay for anything in the gta world with real life money let it be a actual add ons to the game.

 

Also the payouts were ok until patch 1.06 but even then to spend days to earn money/rank up is rediculous. It's not that the missions were hard, it's just they never payed enough from the jump. Way back in oct when I started plating gta o I use to say to myself "that's it" after everything. You want a realistic economy than you need to pay realistically.
