Just found this out today when messing around. When playing as Michael with the pistol equipped, if you attempt to strike an occupied vehicle while using the pistol as a melee weapon, then somehow this allows accuracy to go above 100%.

Question 1, where are some places to find a knife?

Question 2, where are some places to find the stun gun?
