Doing heist after completing the game?

Is it still possible to do heists even after the game is finished? not the mini mart or store heists but i mean big heists like millions or hundred thousands earning.

No, the best you can do is replay a heist. But you can't get more money

Additionally there's a random event on Grapeseed (on the end of the dead-end road near Senora Freeway) which will earn you $40,000-$100,000 every time you do it (you can do it once every in-game week).

There is an underwater wreckage you can steal money from over and over,never done it though just google it if you want to find out more

Theres 11 total under warer wrecks with cash and the last 12th one is at the altruist camp
