Help with using a custom picture as a crew emblem

I am trying to use the method shown in this Youtube video to add a custom picture as my crew emblem

I followed the steps properly, being sure to use a PNG file that is 512x512.

 

I saved the emblem after I was done. When I go to my list of emblems, the image appears fine in the thumbnail preview at the bottom of the emblems page, but when I open the emblem, it comes up blank. And when I try to use it in the game, it also comes up blank.

 

Anyone know what the problem could be?

Thanks, though that video shows the same process. I've been watching the videos and trying to do this all night but have no luck at all. I can't understand what the problem could be.

Thanks for the offer. I was going to take you up on it, but when I signed in today, the emblem is now showing up so I guess I'm good.

 

Does anyone happen to know if multiple vectormagic accounts can be created using different email addresses? Or is it restricted by IP address?
