Moors Mutual operators busy but destroyed cars?

Anyone else run into this? Happened to me 2x now. Was in my ZType and ran it into a river, got the message it was destroyed. Called moors and nobody picks up. Call my mechanic and its listed as destroyed.

 

Went to rebuy another ZType and it doesn't ask what car to replace, it just replaces the ztype listed as destroyed.

 

I would be pissed if I didnt have gifted money. What gives though? Anyone else have moors randomly not insure your destroyed vehicles?

I feel you EXCEPT I haven't been gifted money. I lost my Infurnus last night in the same thing. I had to grind for 2 hours to save up and buy a vacca instead b/c I couldn't afford another infurnus

Try changing sessions or go back to single player then come back online. It happened to me a few times also.

Surely you won't have to buy another one mate....Any luck now? Go to a new session and go to an open road area, it shouldn't matter but you never know.

Same thing happened to me today, switching sessions did not help.

I just kept playing, it seems to happen when multiple vehicles are destroyed and you visit the garage. I found that going to your garage and driving out a vehicle, then call mors. Then go away from the car you drove out, request the repaired vehicle from mechanic. Then leave it and get far enough and repair the next vehicle and repeat. I think the garage just needs to sync up.
