Money glitching updates/Cheater pool: what happens?

Let me start off by saying that I should've just stuck to story mode like I planned on doing; I didn't really want to play online at all when I got this game

 

I received almost $200million from gamertag " I am kcin ", and I submitted a ticket online at Rockstar support and the guy said this:

 

 

"We are sorry to hear that you were given money by someone who may have been cheating. This will be investigated and the gifted money may be removed from your account. If you were not engaged in any willful cheating or exploiting yourself, you do not need to worry about Rockstar Games taking action against you."

 

-I will keep the support Agent's name confidential for now.

 

 

 

Notice the word I bolded: may. Now does that mean Rockstar can't even remove this money? Being that it's Christmas, this will get real ugly, real fast given the amount of new players coming into the game; more and more issues will be had.

 

I will admit, I did the los santos customs glitches when just about everyone was doing them; but I stopped at around $7 million total cash.

 

Now that I submitted a ticket with this millions of dollars thing, I probably shot myself in the foot since they will see the Customs glitching I did and down to the cheater pool I go.

 

My questions are:

 

1. Does the cheater pool wipe out your stats?

2. Does the cheater pool remove all cars from your garage? Pegasus vehicles?

That's all to do. Also, ask if you have "permission" to spend the money. Apparently, you can't get banned for spending the money, but will if you share the cash with other players.

"Paige B" is a moderator/has Rockstar affiliation and said this (bracketed info is what she is referring to):

 

"I wish I could [confirm that you can spend the gifted money] , however, due to the nature of the recent events there are many different situations that players could find themselves in. The only way to get an official answer on your case, and make sure you are not banned, is to open a ticket and explain to us what happened. Our agents will be more than happy to help."

 

 

 

 

It's all frustrating since there seems to be a lot of confusion within Rockstar about the whole situation.
