Also in 1895 22 inches of snow fell in Lake Charles, LA. Less than 30 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. Never say never.

It's a game so realism doesn't matter and many people play video games to escape realism because it allows things to happen and allow you to do things that impossible in real life. If I wanted realism I'd go outside. GTA 5 could have people in mechs roaming around for all I care.

Here in Brazil it mostly only snows in the temperate regions of our south, but we have palm tree cities that get snow for one or two days.
