xbox v ps3 banning

yesterday i noticed people complaining of the difference in ban lengths between ps3 and xbox360;

 

the difference is on x360 players have -PAID- for a gold membership, therefore when you hack and disrupt other players you are going to be banned, into cheaters lobbies, etc. for a longer period of time

 

that is why on x360 i have no sympathy and players should be thankful they ever get placed back into the general player population, people not only paid for the game, they paid for the chance to play online... which is suppose to be used to maintain and monitor the servers (unlike on ps3)

 

ps; some players that find themselves in lobbies full of people glitching... maybe you're already placed into one of the bad lobbies yourself

ummm no you will know you were thrown in the cheaters pool when you are wearing a dunce cap
