Will GTA V to be blamed for domestic violence?

That's the story of the worst type of parenting possible.

1. The kid shouldn't know there's a gun in the house, let alone know where it is. Also, the gun wasn't in a safe place obviously, it should be hidden and locked up somewhere so only the one who owns it knows where it is and can access it.

2. Was the gun loaded? Probably. Was the gun off safety? Probably. When a gun is stores somewhere, it shouldn't be loaded and should be on safety. Ammo and the gun should also be stored separate.

3. How did the kid know how to operate the gun? You don't get taught in GTA how to load a gun, put it off the safety and pull the trigger.

4. What's an 8 year old doing with a GTA game? Kids that age shouldn't play violent games like GTA.

5. The grandmother was there for a reason: watch the kid. Watch did she do? Not watch the kid.

End result: Numerous people f*cked up numerous thing, and it ended with someone dead.

I don't see how the video game is at fault.

For one, why did an 8 year old have access to a 17+ game, that falls on the child's parents/grandmother for not properly supervising their child, even with the fact the grandmother was in the house and failed to do the job.

2. Why was the gun not properly locked away to where the child could not access it?

In the end, whoever brought the video game for the child in the first place, whether the parents, grandmother, some random person off the street, whatever the case may be, is the one who's solely responsible.

Agree with this, don't let kids play games with guns and with this amount of cursing.

Yes, because nothing is ever anyones fault, its always someone elses fault or somethings fault. I mean people arent going to be outraged at their family members for being lowlifes or try to sue them. Thats why we can blame media and outside sources cause when its lawsuit time they have the money.

The topic is regardless for GTA IV or GTA V, the point is will your kids shoot the f*ck up of his grandma after playing GTA series? That is the serious things we" re talking about.

I've heard a lot of murders happen after the killer resumes standing, I think there should be a serious discussion about the mental health effects of standing, will the person standing on the bus after all the seats are taken kill everyone inside?

Yes, it's a video game (and a violent one at that) of course it'll be blamed for whatever is harming your kids. To a lot of news outlets video games are literally cancer.

Ex-Best Buy employee here. His mom/grandma must've bought the game for him as well since we couldn't have legally sold it to him.

Btw, anyone else notice the name of the town? IRONYYYYY!
