So far its mostly hackers ive seen wearing santa suits, guess they couldnt ignore an opportunity like that lol

It's not a hack, there's a free download, the stuff is in the game, check out the mask store and the clothing store...

reset console, go into single player first, then go into online mode, should be there, was for me...

well i finally got the santa mask, i even painted of my cars red & white (a primo, except i forgot to insure it), when i was going after a bounty (i shot his tires) but he blew up my car now i've lost it.
