If so, what the actual f*ck Rockstar... I mean, I can understand the griefing via ramming them being removed, but them blowing you up with the main cannon also doesn't net bad sport? wut

 

So, essentially, tanks are a free pass for griefing now? If I crash my friends/crew mate's car, I'm a bad sport, and get sent away to play with the other degenerates, even though it was all in good fun among friends, but the tank griefers get to grief all they want now, without consequences? Not even paying the insurance costs? Again, wut.

Well, tanks are supposed to be fun in the first place. It's no fun especially if you're trying to escape a bounty, and people are chasing after you KNOWING that you're in a tank.

Well that's what you get for hiding behind a tank during a bounty, just like how you don't get bad sport for destroying someone hiding inside their Infernus/Entity/other bullet proof car when they have a bounty. People always pulling the, "Wait! You can't kill me! I'm inside my PV, you'll get naughty points if you do!" line like a kid on the playground who tripped during a game of tag, and made up some new rule as to why you couldn't tag him at that exact moment in time.

I was in a tank and blew up 5 PV's and got a bad sport message everytime. I'm on Xbox.

 

Maybe it's a loophole with the low levels who used the warstock glitch.

People were intentionally crashing into tanks in order to charge them money. "He wants to have a tank might as well make him pay my insurance"

 

A good way to resolve this would probably be to add the "no charge" added if a tank blows your vehicle up.

Bad sport itself should be removed entirely.

Despite what people say, GTA has always been about open world freedom and mayhem. Until GTA Online, that is.

 

Anyways, this change was only because of the exploiters that were ramming their cars into the tanks to put them into bad sport. Blame them.

I won't doubt that they will make a change to the super cars too. With no back window, I just attack people in reverse and abuse the system. Either they blow me up, or they can't kill me.

Agreed, But either way, I'm not even going to take my PV's out anymore, I'll just use jacked cars, Worked far too hard to just have a tank erase it
