sometimes when i take cover in a bin the enemy seems to shoot right throught the bin!!

Yes, but I guess that's why we have team members - so they can watch our backs. I remember being in cover in a really awkward position and one of my members who I didn't even know yelled out "watch out behind you". If you're in a bad team, they don't tell you anything and let you do your own thing.

 

To answer your question, yes a lot of bins seem like it's made out of tissue, but that's because you're head doesn't get appropriate cover.

now we can only hope in some future update rockstar will let us go back to using the rooftop in the boneyard again, ah the days when we would make a mad dash to the rooftop when the survival mode started or the next wave began.

All NPC's are psychic and have god like accuracy.

 

Once, I was on top of a building in a mission and I had an NPC in my sniper's crosshairs, zoomed in all the way just so I could see the f*cker. His psychic powers kicked in and he realized I was aiming at him, so he held up a pistol and one-shot me in the head.
