Are the NPC's becoming more....Hostile? 0.o

So there I was, just minding my own business out in the desert. Just driving around on the mountains and such. I get bored, then head to the road to start going someplace else. Then, some dude on a mountain bike starts to follow me and shoot me. I kill him, then go about my day. 10 minutes later, happens again. Kill him and I somehow "Lightly tapped" some dudes car and he flips out, coming at me at 100 miles an hour and trying to run me off the road. All for about 100 dollars worth of damage. Sheesh. Then, just when I thought it was over, I somehow Upset a group of ballers and got gang raped till kingdom come. Q,Q

 

Mind you, I was in my own, Invite only lobby. They were just normal NPC's gone bad I tell you!

You were up against the most hostile NPCs in the game. People in the desert are f*cking relentless, you could punch a woman's husband and she'll end up trying to kill you herself. Meanwhile the ballers are always hostile even if you stare at them. You were just at the wrong place at the wrong time lol

Well. Burning out and honking my motorbike in front of a couple of Ballas led me to whole angry neighborhood and they killed me in 3 gun shots.

Last night i came out of a mission and was standing on a street corner. I got up to go get a drink and while im pouring the afk first person mode came up...the lady i was looking at was walking toward me...she stops, pulls out a smoke and puffs for a second and then yells at me to get away from her or she will call the cops. I put my cup down as she is dialing the phone and talking. Before I could get to my controler the cop standing on the opposite corner screams something about a scumbag and one shots me in the face. Wasted.
