The real answer to that whole thing was to punish harshly and early, to give the impression you couldnt cheat without getting hammered.. cut their losses and get consoles banned for tow trucks etc.

I would open the casino and have an 'all or nothing' table. It costs all your money to play (you have to have at least a billion) if you win you get a chrome suit or something silly people would probably go for.

 

I would make most glitched vehicles freely available by having them spawn in the streets and more modifiable than their glitched counterparts.

 

Some of the stranger vehicles such as the Cutter and the Lazer, I would have up on the website with multi-million dollar price tags.

 

I would also give the option for the mechanic to deliver choppers, planes or jets (location depending) but also charge a lot for the privilege.

 

I would give players the option of buying a second garage that can store utility/service vehicles (trucks, emergency vehicles etc) for an extra cost.

 

All in all this would be a good way to one-up the hackers by stealing their ideas and making them better. Also a good way to make the multi-billionaires spend their cash.

 

I'd make it so you can call Brucie for Bull Shark Testosterone plus invisibilty / invincibility potion

I Agree with all your points regarding the whole money situation. On the other hand if I was the boss of R* i for one would include more variety to keep players hooked. Not going to name the things I want but you catch my drift.

Not everyone wants or needs hacked money. I've played this game 100% legit and have everything i need to make this game fun. I don't even grind missions. Always have enough cash to do what i want, when i want. Hackers can keep their money. Dosn't make them better players at all. In fact, quite the opposite.

 

To all hackers/cheaters...

 

Turn off god mode and one on one us legits and see what happens when you meet someone who can actually play the game.

If I were the boss of R* I would allow anything and everything vehicular to be purchasable and open to be modified. That way we CAN roll around in police cars, or modify industrial equipment, or keep a Rat Loader in our personal vehicle collection. That way the game can have diversity among the players, as opposed to just being able to drive around in super cars.
