2 Billion $ for free? Not sure whether good or bad

Hi Guys, Merry Christmas and all that.

So I was in a lobby and got almost a billion given to me by a randomer, said randomer also decided to place an approximately 1 billion bounty on a guys head so of course I killed him.

Now I have over 2 billion, everything you could ever wish to buy fully modded.

Game over?

 

 

 

 

EDIT: Rockstar says that if you DO NOT share the money, you will not be considered a cheater as you cannot remove the cash or reject it.

When someone anonymously gifted me $86MILL, I though it was the best day ever in GTAO. I didn't come online and boast about it and quietly kept playing the game.

Then, another gift came in another session. Then, someone placed a bounty on me for $10BILL, which I eluded, of course, and got to keep. Then last night, I chased a random bounty through the streets only to sticky them trying to get into LSC. I didn't realize the bounty was for $100BILL.

Now, this morning I find myself in the precarious position of having $216.8 BILLION dollars in the game.

I never asked for this much and don't think there's any possible way to spend it all. It exceeds my comfort level and I am slightly concerned about repercussions from the GTAO admins.

What are others doing in same situation?

I joined a random deathmatch 30 min ago, one of the guy was cheating as no one could kill him, somehow I killed him after 50th try and guess what I get a reward of 50 BILLION!! WTF!?!? what did you spend that money on? I was lucky enough to get one of those $2Bil bounties and I bought everything and modded a bunch of cars and always keep my ammo full and I still have only spent a little over $25 Million.

Well, I got 45 mill and didn't think of creating a second character to offload it because I was too lazy. At first I just kept it out of my bank but before I got off I just decided to say "f*ck it" and bank the cash, I haven't spent it too extravagantly, I just finished modding my cars and filled my ammo. Oh and I bought a BMX bike, everything I've bought could have been bought with my previous amount of money. I'd rather not be labeled a cheater because some asshole gave me money in a game where the developers can't seem to fix anything.

What ever you do, DO NOT USE IT until you hear word from R*. Right now, you should go to your transactions log if its not already too late, take a pic of the people who have given you money and report it to Rockstar.

It's really up to the person who recieves it. Personally I don't like having hundreds of millions. I managed to get rid of it yesterday only to be gifted another 13 billion a few hours afterwards so whatever.

I doubt anyone will be banned/sent to cheaters pool unless someone reports them. The fact Rockstar says the game detects it automatically is bullsh*t or immediate action would be taken against cheaters.
