Correct!

 

Clue 1: Optional Encounter

If you choose the "Obvious" approach for the "Big Score" you won't hijack his security truck.

 

Clue 2: Heist

As above, he is present in the "Big Score", if you choose the "Subtle" approach.

 

Clue 3: 1 in 672

Michael gives Casey one of the 672 gold bars they stole. We know there are that many bars in total because Casey's pay-off is listed as $300k, with the total take being $201.6m. 201,600,000 / 300, 000 = 672

 

Clue 4: Does not die in mission

Michael allows Casey to leave

 

Clue 5: Michael is a patron of my paymaster

Casey is employed by Gruppe6. Michael is also shown to be one of their customers, by placards outside the drive way to his house.
