Sorry, but no. As Jimbatron said there are other games such as Guess the Vehicle. Anyway, there are 200+ characters in GTAV, so there's a lot of variety.

Clue 1: After the game, if Option C is chosen, Dave calls Michael, telling him that he'll be taking over the Underbelly of Paradise.

Clue 2: High Pressure Dave, a song on Radio Mirror Park by Health, specifically for GTA V, is almost certainly based on Dave Norton, based on the lyrics and title.
