It's been 4 hours...

 

If you have a look at the rules, if there is no response after 12 hours, the turn is free. It's that long for a reason - people need to sleep. We've got people playing this in South America, Europe, and Australia - so the time zones are pretty spread and depending on who's go it is, or who has got the question right, there are inevitably going to be some gaps in response.

Correct! Clue explanations:

 

Clue #1: A relative appeared in a previous GTA

A British Prince appears in a TBOGT club management mission. Whilst they are not explicitly linked, they are both members of the British Royal family and by implication related.

 

Clue #2: Real world continuity

She says "the Queen is, like, my Granny", so like real life, the British head of state is female.

 

Clue #3: Scandal

Beverley wants Franklin to photograph her buying drugs which would be something of a Royal scandal.

 

Clue #4: Only encountered by one protagonist.

She only appears in a strangers and freaks mission for Franklin.

 

Clue #5: Female

She's a girl.
