Clue 1: Gay? - She is is asking him, if he's gay.

Clue 2: female - She's a female

Clue 3: painkiller - She said to Trevor, that he got pain, and need painkillers (These drugs she wanted)

Clue 4: Never wrote or visit - She complained that Trevor never Wrote or Visit her!

Clue 5: very old woman - She said to Trevor "I'm an very old woman, and you in the prime of his life!
