Hot take, Queen's ballads are their best songs - and this is one of those songs. There's absolutely nothing wrong with their faster/heavier/more upbeat stuff, of course, but Freddie's vocal prowess really shines in their ballads, especially this one.

Fun fact, there are no (audible) synthesisers on this track. If you're familiar with The Works, you'll know that the album is full of synth and this song offers a damn good reprieve from them. If I didn't know any better, I'd think that this song was on The Game or earlier - great track.
