Implying that those who accept a mistakenly offered free reward in a video game are morally bankrupt sociopaths is a little much.

That's not my implication. But if you believe in a consequence free environment, that is sociopathic.

 

I'm not calling the person who glitches a sociopath. Honestly, I don't care. A rational adult knows the risks and accepts the punishment. I'm calling the person who glitches gets punished and blames Rockstar for said punishment. That is the very definition of sociopathy. Sociopaths are never responsible for their actions. Others are always to blame. In this case, Rockstar for releasing a broken game.

 

If this is what you meant before then I agree with you.

Yes Bagger & Cathouse are NOW gone but some people have a lobby open including myself.

Last I checked I could still easily access Welcoming Party through the job screen. Whether it still provides unlimited RP or not I don't know, it happened to me once on its own and that was enough for me. I don't feel like pushing it.

How do you do it?

 

In the mission you're supposed to escort an NPC to a mansion while another player tries to stop you. RP is awarded if the man is driven to the mission marker after which the mission ends.

 

People said that RP could be farmed by working together with the second player to drive side by side and trap the man in the car. I didn't even need to do that much, I reached the marker while the other player was somewhere else and the guy got out and ran away terrified. The text at the bottom of the screen said that I delivered him, the RP started rolling in, and even as it continued I then got a message to back and pick the guy up again. The mission is borked.
