And this new exploit with capture mode is only attracting more attention, sadly.

I have said this three times already even if you play the Baggage Handler mission legit you will still 5,000 rp per drop you make so you can play the mission legity and still rank up fast.

There is no playing dumb, and I never argued that it isn't an exploit. I've already said that this wasn't their intention and that they'd likely be upset to hear that the situation exists.

 

 

What I disagree with is that this is a glitch or that it requires any hacking or subterfuge on the part of the player. Scolding people for this is akin to scolding them for not turning off the game if a tank accidentally spawns in place of a car.

 

It`s an "exploit". Exploiting and glitches are still cheating.

 

Yes, yes, you can argue back and forth all day long and not even break a sweat. Just don`t cry when Rockstar won`t buy into your bullsh*t and you end up being reprimanded.

 

I feel that we're arguing semantics and some of you are completely missing the point.

 

No one is going through special effort to achieve the RP gains. They're occurring on their own without interference or unnatural manipulation of the game's operation. I've listed several other examples of things that could potentially happen in this game that Rockstar didn't intend, which would benefit the player, and which would be absolutely absurd to punish the player for.

 

You can argue all you want as well, none of it makes a difference unless the company decided to seek and discipline every player who's taken advantage of their own blatant error. Should they do so, I won't cry. I'll discuss the situation logically just as I am here. Until that actually happens, which I doubt it actually will given that there's no proof of discipline against people who have done far worse, I'll throw the word "bullsh*t" right back at you.

 

 

 

i'm getting 125rp per second

 

you get 100rp as you fly and you get an extra 25rp if you hover directly over the drop point so it's 125rp

 

You won't get in trouble or banned because you are getting this RP in a legit way even if you play the mission correctly you are still going to get several thousand RP per package delivery

This isn't earning RP in a legit way, the thread title has the word "glitch" in it for a reason.

 

Again, no one's glitching the game. People are hovering helicopters over a marker or parking two cars next to each other, things that the game is designed to allow. That people are making RP for it is an oversight on Rockstar's part.

 

I support the exploit, but that is the definition of "glitching" the game. Just because you didn't have to do a series of actions to make the exploit useable, you are still guilty of the same crime. Accept it like a man/woman and be real with yourself. You are a glitcher.

 

 

Let them see that their words can cut you and you’ll never be free of the mockery. If they want to give you a name take it make it your own. Then they can’t hurt you with it anymore.

They should probably fix the glitches before they start punishing people, otherwise whats the point? Its pretty sad that every patch creates a more fantastic glitch and they have to remove certain things from the players to avoid abuse. The fact that so many people glitch and are more interested as time goes on should be clear as to what people think of their money making and ranking up system.

Tbh, every time some1 asks this question I smile because R* is using it for Max Payne 3 since june 2012.

And the first GTA V vid on youtube about it is from 1 november.

I don't understand what you mean. Who was doing what under the radar, the continued Cathouse missions that were being passed along or the half dozen other missions that were never (and still aren't) disabled?

 

 

All the escort missions that were passed along since lobbies were few and far between. Using them was under-the-radar, but since R* hasn't hotfixed this new exploit, they're probably going to do a purge of most who used it.

 

I felt comfortable using Holed-Up, as so did others but fools let the lobbies die.
