There are some rank 1000's in it and 500's, 600's, etc so ... perhaps?

So then just level up, it doesn't even take 3 weeks to get to 80.

Probable 6 of the not reported incidents lol. You know most ppl knew. Hell most ppl probable spent hours looking for someone to do it. What R* needs to do is crack down on the rest of the cheaters. Never seen a game so lax against glitchers and other cheaters.

It's not even a matter of having an idea of what's right or wrong in the first place as much as this problem should have been addressed and never happened in the first place. If it started, fix it so that it doesn't get out of control.

It's not even a matter of having an idea of what's right or wrong in the first place as much as this problem should have been addressed and never happened in the first place. If it started, fix it so that it doesn't get out of control.

 

You should work at Rockstar as their live team lead designer.

 

I'm sure the staff would value your insightful advice of "just fix it" and it would probably solve all the technical complications on the spot.

Honestly, I'm quickly becoming disenchanted with Rockstar support.

 

At least for me, of the three issues I've reported...(one fairly recent) two were "solved" unsatisfactorily...which is to say, they let the issue go for so long that eventually it fixed itself. Then they slapped a big "solved" on it as though they had something to do with it.

 

Kind of pathetic really.

 

If you can't fix the issue, but it is being worked on, THEN SAY THAT! Don't let a ticket sit there for 10 days send a form letter response...then say nothing for almost 2 months.

 

Just kind of shoddy in my opinion.

 

Very much amateur hour. But, I guess I shouldn't be surprised...given I got zero help with them when my Red Dead Redemption suffered a game breaking glitch that wouldn't allow you to 100%.

 

Now that I think about it, Rockstar's customer support has always been terrible.

They shouldn't have to announce every obvious thing just because people are idiots and lack common sense, when someone gifts you 10billion I don't see how your first reaction isn't "wow wtf just happened" as opposed to "WOW GTA LOTTERY THAT WAS NEVER ANNOUNCED BUT I JUST WON IT L0L" like really.

most companies do not do anything about glitchers simply because they know it's their fault.

Except for the fact that they've been trying to patch glitches for the past few patches.

 

I swear out of all the MMOs/FPS I've played this has to be one of the dumbest and bitchiest communities ever.

Some people just killed billion dollar bounties, too. And that one friend still doesn't know how to use the special Online only inventory menu. Tons of people like him play this and if that happened to them, do you think they would know to fill out a full report to R*? Even those who reported it are getting sent to CP...

LOL. Oh, I'm sorry, I should not have expected them to make an attempt pre-release to not have the game become a field day for various hackers, glitchers, modders and the like. I'd expect a game developer to have some degree of expectations of this kind of thing happening and take some steps to prepare for it and try to get ahead of it.

 

Then have support apparently tell people to use a f'ing calculator (and the Ammu Nation guy keeps laughing when he mentions receipts, so good luck keeping track) to keep track of their spending because of a money issue that should never been there in the first place or been allowed to spread like wildfire.

 

So, yeah, just fix it. What's being done isn't fixing it. It's trying to push problems under the rug in the hopes that they go away.

You don't have to fill out a "full report" you can just email them, and if they don't think something is wrong and don't think to email support when they know that they are wrongly put into the CP then I don't know how your friend can put on clothes on his own.

Great I'm glad that 800mil they probably haven't even been fully paid yet and the 800mil in one day that didn't go directly to the company can solve technical complications restricting them from fixing any problem.

 

I guess you can't stop ignorantly whining can you lel.
