Mexicola9302
I will wait until all 13 episodes are released, then i binge it. I won't go through the torture again, like i did with season 5 of Breaking Bad, watching it weekly, no f*cking way. I liked everything else about the series except Chuck. Chuck is like Skyler nothing but an annoying character. But else i agree yeah. flow_42

flow_42
I was under the impression that, just like with ozark, the final season would be split into 2 parts - but apparently that's not the case. new episode every week instead and I can absolutely live with that. BCS, just like BB, is not the kind of show you want to binge-watch, at least in my opinion. need to let that story and characters development sink in at times, and fight the curiousity to continue right away. maybe that's just me but when something unique and special comes along I wanna take my time with it. I started to re-watch the early seasons and while of course you're entitled to your opinion I have to strongly disagree with you here. chuck, annoying as he might have come across, is what made the show, before the cartel stuff blended in just nicely. the feuds between him and jimmy, his upholding of the sacred law, his "condition", his fight against jimmy ending in court (where he just lost it for good) - all of that was a crazy ride and truly vital to the show if you ask me. Because of Chuck i never will do a rerun of BCS. Same like i will never do a rerun of BB because of Skyler. It's too exhausting fast forwarding every scene that contain them, so i rather never do a rerun again. Oh yeah and Walter Junior was pretty annoying too, sure all of this is acceptable and good for watching it once, but it makes me not wanna watch it again. Sure the regular lifes of them both Jimmy and WW, had to be shown, else the series would have not felt realistic in any way, but it doesn't mean i had to like these scenes. There weren't any really annoying characters in The Wire, i already watched that show 3 times completly or something, there are no scenes that i just wanted to skip. The Wire was just better than BB and it probably is also better than BCS, i mean even if the last season will be good, it doesn't remove the annoying first 3 seasons of BCS. flow_42
^to each their own I guess. having a wonderful time here late night re-watching the show from scratch. fun fact for you: I just saw Chuck collapsing in the copy shop, taking a nasty hit on the head on his way down. back then I thought WHOA, HE'S PROBABLY DEAD OR IN A COMA AFTER THIS. While I was obviously rooting for Jimmy to get away with his brilliant forgery scheeme that incident made me feel for Chuck immediately - and I totally empathized with Saul observing the horrifying spectacle within the shadows from across the street: CALL 911, CALL 911. I guess you would have LOVED it if Chuck's story ended right there

TheSantader25
Chuck is a fundamental reason for a lot of the things Jimmy does and essential to the show. Without him the show is incomplete. He is annoying sure, but he is a well-written character. You need a couple of these characters in every show. Not everyone should be likeable. Though I get it if someone doesn't wanna deal with his sh*t for a second or third time lol. Chuck is important to the show and Jimmy’s character. He along with HHM represents the real expensive classy lawyers who went to top law schools and have corporate clients and then you have Jimmy who’s the complete opposite went to a probably uncredited institution and is the lawyer the other lawyers hate the ambulance chaser who represents clients the top law firms don’t. flow_42
^ männiken, I was just saying that you miss out on many, MANY other GREAT moments of this show just because of one character you can't bare to see or hear again. skip those chuck scenes if you will, but dive back into ALL the other glory, keule. for example remember when mike had a face to face with tuco? "is that all you got?!" or when jimmy actually created saul goodman? "the guy at the station said he'd never seen so many star wipes in a row." all the cinematic epicness, the montages, you know. there's so much other stuff going on, a re-watch is more than worth it in my opinion. and btw most people disliked Chuck probably just as much as you did, I guess his character was designed to be "hated" since he's always been in jimmy's hair and we all want to see jimmy thrive. still, I think that wouldn't stop them re-watching one of the greatest show on tv of all time. Would anybody guess Lalo's fate? Knowing The Salamancas way, they'll probably go for Nacho's dad first as Nacho himself had the audacity to spew a few very naughty words before going to eternal sleep. And we, of course, remember Mike's promise about protecting the poor old guy and Mike is an honorable man. I don't know exactly how it's going to go down, but my guess is that there's going to be a major, long-lasting feud between Mike and Lalo with the former coming out on top. I can't see Lalo making it out of this show alive. Edited April 26 by Notorious_Jack Jabalous

I don't know if it's justified, but as you said the Salamancas are sick in the head, so maybe yeah, Lalo tries to go after Nacho's dad, maybe to try to get a word out of him (for a lead or evidence against Gus), but Mike intervenes to protect Gus's interests, and as a side, to keep his promise to the now-deceased Nacho, and then a duel takes place between the two and finally Lalo ends up dead at Mike's hands. At this point, it's almost impossible to imagine Lalo getting killed. He seems immortal, and this is one reason why the next events will be intense and will keep us on the edge of seat. Yeah, Lalo has no interest in pursuing Nacho's dad, but Hector cetainly does(purely based on his infernal personality). In fact, knowing Hector, I'd argue that to go after the dad was his first desire right after he was done putting bullets through Nacho's body. Maybe Lalo could help the twins along the way with that assignment, you know. Either way, if Nacho's dad remains safe and his arc therefore finished, that'd be quite weird. They need to play that card. Jabalous
TheSantader25
Spoiler Damn didn't expect them to kill Nacho this early in the season. Lalo going back north will tie the cartel story with Saul's who now thinks he's dead. Serious sh*tshow incoming. Will any of the characters we didn't see in BB somehow survive?
