problems with USBWebserver program

ok so im new to using this program but i am a quick learner, but i cant quite seem to get Xp_mutliplier to work.

 

This is what its set to

 

XP_MULTIPLIER":[{"value":999.0}],"CASH_MULTIPLIER":

 

can anybody help me out?

 

any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.
