This is the kind of track to separate the wheat from the chaff. The wheat manages to brake, turn and accelerate through this track without any complications. The chaff may as well crash in the first few turns. A long straight through the freeway tunnel allows high-speed vehicles to outrun the competition, whereas sharp corners are in the favor of nifty vehicles that can take turns at much higher speeds than any other. In case, you happen to be in need of a repair, at the second-to-last turn, you will find a pit lane on the left side of the road.

Finally got round to finishing a deathmatch that has been sitting around for a good few months!

Description: Looks like employees from Merryweather's offshore storage platform have gone to lunch, giving you trigger-happy folks some time to duke it out on the platform. A large deathmatch situated out in the Pacific Ocean with various pickups and a secret storage area full of ammo. Up to 20 players can take part in the carnage. Best played in teams.

Just posted a new job on SC... Chilead Circuit, a lap race based at the foot of Chilead using the tunnel and some nice elevation changes. This is labelled a Stunt race but it contains no Stunts, it's a more traditional land race for four wheels on the ground racing.

Another race to post...

After getting the hairpins on my Chilead race to work quite well I decided to go for a style of race I have been thinking of building for quite a while now. A race up a hillside/mountain using hairpins to sweep back and forth up the incline.

The results is ok, obviously limited by the props and the prop count but this is about as close to is as you are gonna get in creator...

You race to the top, climbing all the way before circling around and flying downhill to the finish line. If you race contact you will have the challenge of oncoming racers too almost like a game of chicken so non-contact might suit most.

DETAILS + PICS

I wanted to step back to 2013 when GTA Online first launched with this Deathmatch. It was created in an inaccessable area in Little Seoul which meant I could only use the third person camera. It was a small and empty parking area which I made more dynamic by placing props and vehicles. I decided to keep the weapons simple for this one so expect to see only Combat Pistols, Sawn-Off Shotguns, Machine Pistols, Molotovs and Nightsticks. I'd recommend not to use explosives if set to Owned Weapons.

Up to four players can take part. And players can team up in twos for a Team Deathmatch.

Just been playing around with the Transform Checkpoints working on races that involve no Transforming but let you race in vehicles you cannot usually race in.

 

What is great about these is your vehicle comes out in the colour of the vehicle you chose, so the Taxi race for example, if you turn off custom vehicle when selecting your 'car' whatever colour you pick is what colour your Taxi is in the race. Some of these might not be to your taste but the ones that are are good fun.

It was a nice surprise to find you can change the start vehicle in Transform races so you can start in any vehicle and have a propped race which also means Plane Races with props and no need to Transform. You just need to place a Transform to Lobby Vehicle CP off the race route somewhere to be able to publish your job.

Xero Gas: Braddock Pass

 

 

Xero Gas have cemented more of San Andreas and squeezed a narrow circuit into Braddock Pass. This double hairpin track twists up and downhill before returning to a long straight on the original highway tarmac and into the tunnel to the finish line.
