Anyone else having a problem with their Stunt races not showing up? I've published 3 but only 1 is in my list under "my jobs" in the pause menu.

Yup simple fix:

Creator >Load Published Race > Update version > Exit

Should now appear on your list.

Didn't work, I've had to bookmark my own job to play it.

The Running Man

http://rsg.ms/2997e5f

2_0.jpg

This was way too much effort for 4 minute point to point, it's undergone many changes and that picture is slightly out of date. It's good fun though now it's done, I borrowed the inverted tube loop from AGNT009. It's called the running man because when I hovered above the Angry Birds catapult I got the idea to try and end it with a tumble into the top, and the giant descent into the metal cage reminded me of Arnold Schwarzeneger in the movie of the same name.

And while I'm at it, I might as well post this, I pretty much gave up on it at the end because I couldn't make the final section match up quite right, and felt the corkscrew was too weak, but I published it anyway but didn't share the link anywhere and some how it has got 8 thumbs up and 9 plays. The shape is pretty much spot on, don't know about distance though.

Well if someone could test my track (PS4) that would be awesome. It's a GP style circuit, with stands (Idea how to build it from @FR_Player-One on his awesome Tsukuba Circuit) and a pit lane.

It's located around Del Perro Pier and is currently classified as a GTA race because of the pitlane.

I'd really appreciate some feedback so I can improve my track building skills.

I'll give it a try, bookmarked it for later :)

EDIT: Its a nice track, flows well. Why is it a gta race though? :p I like how you've done the grandstands, good idea. It definitely needs some stuff around the track imo looks a bit empty

Yeah I know it feels empty, I agree. It's the damn prop limit... If we could have 200 instead of 150, that would really make it much easier. Have no props to take away. Maybe removing the pitlane is an option. And I made it GTA beacuse if the pitlane, put some health kits in there or whatever they are called haha (they fix your car).

Appreciate the feedback.

I plan on making the Gilles Villeneuve Circuit now, but again I'm afraid because of the prop limit. Will definitely put a bit more thought into it. One worry is the hairpin, so hard to make them with these new props, have yet to find a solution. I keep on trying out different tracks posted on GTAforums, hopefully I find a good way to do it if I don't manage to figure it out myself.

Looks cool, but that 811 understeers like a mother f*cker. You fought that well. You kind of pissed on my chips a bit with the driving on top of the tube, I've just made a race where you drive through a tube in a spiral then on top of the tube you just drove through. I'm going to do a video of it then post it here. Edited by the nameless

Yep it understeers but I like it anyway. I haven't seen much play on the tube stuff. Everyone just does tube spirals and it's fun when you try something different. In this race you can see 2 perfect examples of it. I'll be making a Multi-Path 2 very soon, so expect some unique tube designs.

Wilderness Adventure

http://rsg.ms/cdc4c4c

Route Length 5.72 miles

Vehicle Classes

Compacts, Coupes, Muscle, Sedans, Sports, Sports Classics, Super, SUVs

2_0.jpg

Some key features:

The sky knot - with 3 cross section you could potentially cross other players paths 6 times.

The coil - a tube section that steers itself when you drive at the side of the tube at around 90 degrees.

The tube ride - slow down in the blue tube and drive carefully and slowly on tope of the tubes

The Jump - landing can be weird, sometimes you stop, sometimes you spin, sometimes nothing, this is inconsistent physics rather than design fault.

The wallride - take it at moderate speed. Too slow and you wont stick to it, too fast and any slight steering is likely to send you over the top or under the bottom.

Looks cool. Question, how did you manage to connect every part on the "sky knot"? Was it manually?

Also the last jump before the finish line looks sketchy you should make it smoother.

Keep it up.

It was a pain in the ass. I started with 1, attached a 180 bend (I think) then put another at the end of and filled in the gaps with over lapping short track. I only had to do one piece manually but I spent ages looking at it figuring out how to do it, my brain wasn't working properly.

The final jump was something I spent a bit of time trying to make work, because it's a down hill the tube jump sends you into the top of the tube. It's just so fiddly because of the camera angle, if only they'd give us a full 360 camera on all axis. They way it is now it will only send you out wide if you come in to fast and up the side of the tube.

Horrible track, stop creating. No seriously, very nice track, liked it very much. Great integration of the pier and the palm trees. Beautiful pitlane. You could place a slowdown pad so people can't cheat on one chicane and maybe make the real track more visible to avoid people driving accidently into the pitlane. One or two signs would do the job. Besides that it's a great track.

Thanks mate, appreciate the feedback! I'll update the track tomorrow when I'm free, cant wait to get back to creator actually. :)

I'll probably also lay the track again, I figured out that by lowering it a bit, you can completely integrate it with the floor.

I'll also try to find a few more props to fill out around the track to give it more life.

Includes:

>an almost vertical descent using half curved blocks and slow down pads (as seen in rockstars 'city air')

Alamo Circuit

This is not a real circuit but my attempt at a realistic fictional track.

I have tried to blend it into the environment so it looks like part of the map rather than just floating in the air.

Imagine someone concreted part of the Alamo Sea and built a race track on it lol.

Quite pleased with the layout, has a nice mix of corners and has a kinda club circuit/test track feel to it?

Anyway see what you think :-)
