The assassination missions for Lester Crest are excellent ways of manipulating the stock market. Although the first one is mandatory to the progression of the story, it is reccomended that you complete these after The Big Score as you would have a couple of million dollars to spend on the stocks.

 

With The Jewel Store Job it is reccomended that you pick the worst of everyone for it (including Rickie Larkins or whatever he is called) you will get a whole heap of money with only the gun guy dying. About 1 Million for Michael and 250 K for Franklin.

 

Before Blitz Play you will have to do the first assassination mission. It is reccomended that you find as much money as you can prior to doing the mission. Before the mission, also invest everything you can into Betta Pharmaceuticals with each character. After the mission, sleep for about 3 ingame days before selling the stocks. Then buy Bilkington and wait for an increase back to original value, should happen very quickly.

 

The Paleto Bay Score will give each character 400 K regardless of how you do it. Most of the money will go to the FIB so don't worry which gun guy you pick.

 

The FIB raid, how I played it it gave Franklin 200 K, again pick the worst guy and you might just get a bit more if he dies (Again).

 

The Big Score, depending on how you do it will give you atleast 20 Million, plus what you picked up from the first assassination. Pick the worst guys, it will cost you less if they die because they pick up half their cut anyway if they die.

 

I haven't fully played this out yet but I think you choose who dies first if you do it this way. I would pick Trevor because his cut of the big score will be split between Franklin and Michael.

 

You should have about 31 Million dollars right now so it's a perfect time to go kill some guys. Invest all money in Debonaire and kill the guys that you have to kill for the second assassination. Wait for about 80% Debonaire peak, then sell, then buy Redwood and wait for a 300% Return Rate. Then you have about 105 million dollars right?

 

Next up, you're buying Fruit. Buy it before, sell at a good peak, then buy Vapid and sell at good return rate.

 

The 4th one you ain't investing in anything.

 

The Last assassination you are investing in Gold Coast. I don't remember what comes after it though.
