It could also be because we have 3 topics already for Snapmatic photos; 2 in GTA Online section and 1 in GTA V section. And I haven't been able to post any pictures or basically do any copy/paste function for a while in ANY thread; this includes quoting others. So yes it was an effort to increase traffic again and I hardly think that counts as spam. And as far as there already being Snapmatic Photo threads, they are of different subject matter. I even make reference to this in my opening statement within the first few lines. That would be like saying there can only be one thread discussing cars, or one thread talking boats. There are different Photo Thread for DIFFERENT subject matter. And regardless it seems bad form to lock a thread with out at least informing the original poster as to why. You can always edit your post. In some cases double posting won't be minded (if it's a contributive post) although vague posts like "..." don't contribute to anything and will probably (seems to be the case) end up with the topic being locked. I did allow one un-pinned thread for "professional" pics to made in the GTAV section. We don't need "theme" pic threads popping up over both sections. We try to leave a quick note, but if you are concerned about why a topic is locked, send one of us a PM. We're not trying to censor anyone or oppress anyone, just trying to make things a little more efficient so that the good threads don't have to be bumped or sought out.
