You guys should ask when he will release the source code for anyone here to update.

He doesn't need to adapt anything, he just needs to upload the development files.

No, it's caused by high memory usage, disabling traffic can decrease memory and it will "fix it", and disabling peds will fix it because the artifacts comes from peds animations.

Fixed by SilentPatch on PC, Silent sent the solution for War Drum Studios and they fixed on 2.0.

For now you can fix it, or at least decrease the issues decreasing the game memory usage by setting a smaller streaming memory limit.

My smartphone is Android 6, so I can't play 2.0.

In my case the problem happens very easily, just 20 seconds of playtime.

1.08 should be the mainstream version.

I hope FLA can support version 1.08. Or, support both 1.08 and 2.0

1.08 is the one that has been without update for years, is the version prior to 2.0. It is the only version that works on Android 4~6 and CLEO. Version 2.0 fixed the artifacts bug, but it only works for Android 7+ and it doesn't work with CLEO.

I think 2.0 also fixed the texture filter bug that happens on Mali devices, which is also the case with my smartphone. That bug that is fixed by simply changing the file names for the game to load another, is pretty weird.

I think the only reason to be the mainstream version is because of CLEO, but working of old Android versions is also a cool stuff. But I don't know about multiplayer mod, if it also works only on 1.08 or 2.0.

I think the only reason to be the mainstream version is because of CLEO, but working of old Android versions is also a cool stuff. But I don't know about multiplayer mod, if it also works only on 1.08 or 2.0.

1.08 compatible CLEO can run on Android 8.0+ at the highest, Alexander Blade's official CLEO version only supports 6.0, compatible with 7.0, 8.0, 9.0 requires the loadlibrary code to be added to the classes.dex file in the apk to let the game load CLEO.SO. However, Android 10.0 I have not tested.

Damn, in the long run, 1.08 is not such a good choice. Both it and CLEO may not work on very new smartphones.

Right, I should have said "indirectly" caused by. Do the latest III and VC versions use Silent's patches as well?

 

AB is finally active again for RDR2 but his PMs are full or closed. I left a comment over there anyways but he hasn't been on since.

 

The best goal would be to get an open source version of it up on github that could be updated to whatever future versions of the game/Android. 1.08 is only going to work on modern phones for so long, and it's probably just as difficult to port the fixes as it is getting cleo into v2.00. And since they all use the same libcleo.so, making it work with the latest III/VC versions should only be a few extra steps at that point. Maybe even LCS if someone cares enough.

That one libcleo.so contains the instructions for different versions of all 3 games.

Been studying this in IDA the past couple of nights. I finally found the offset in the libGTA.so's that AB was using to hook (a call to _ZN14CRunningScript17ProcessOneCommandEv), but the cocksuckers patched it. Edit: nevermind, just paranoid...

I have Cleo starting in GTA3 v1.8 as confirmed by live debug, but still can't get it to load in the game. Cleo.so starts, runs through the labyrinth of options, and ends at "unknown game version" (unsurprisingly). But hopefully this means I only need to re-address some more functions in the cleo.so (after I figure out wtf they're doing). Just praying there's no hidden anti-tampering nonsense...

 

Edit 2: Cleo version selection works something like this:

1. Library check (searches for LibGTASA.so, VC, etc)

2. If exists, runs series of checks that lead to the first game-version intersection, or "unknown version" and quits

3. if version is identified, numerous specific offsets/pointers are set

4. second game-version intersection, only 1 offset change for III and VC only (to point to ProcessOneCommand. without this, the CLEO title screen still shows up, but game crashes on load)

5. Cleo title screen/initial popup

6. Rest of scripts/Cleo itself is called from hex strings, so shouldn't require offset changes

 

I also found some SAMP Android source code on Github that could help with hooks, but don't know how much it has in common with cleo and I'm doing everything in assembly/hex editor anyways

 

Edit 3: Cleo working in GTA3 v1.8! no library patch required. Hopefully should be able to replicate it in VC and SA v2.00 within a couple days

Hello everyone, I have a project of a cleo that serves to take passengers on buses, however for the update there are characteristics that, although I am looking for and asking, I cannot find.  

 

First, I would like to activate the cleo and its features by means of a widget but I don't know how to load this widget, for example that when I get on the bus the popcorn appears like the one that comes out in missions of vigilante, taxi driver or thief, someone can support me with  these codes?  

 

Second, I would like to pay the player an amount of money for the distance traveled on the trip, I know there is a function that serves to establish the distance traveled, but I don't know how to call it and store it 😐 I wish someone could help me.

in fact many YouTubers publish this fake apk making believe that it is the apk with version 2.00 of cleo sa, at the beginning I didn't even notice that every time they changed the version of 1.08 to 2.00 to make it credible then checking and trying the version crashed me  always 😂

It should be, and SannyBuilder was recently updated with full LCS support. fastman is working on a new cleo loader that should hopefully support LCS as well as SA 2.00, follow his limit adjuster thread. I tried myself but freezes on load, cant even debug

 

and yea there was another fake before that guys post, easy way to tell is that real SA 2.00 has non-cropped loading screens with black bars on the sides (which looks like sh*t but anyway..), and a frozen waterfall in LV... and cranes that spin half as fast as heli blades

The FLA can be made for LCS, but CLEO was made for GTA III, GTA VC and GTA SA.

ok well, will it take a long time for the version with the Cleo menu of SA 2.00 to come out?  I can't wait for it to come out soon :D

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to carry this Cleo for Android, I know that saaexten has this function, but I have Android 9 and there is no stable running any that I have already tried, some do not let me They let me resume game, others don't let me spawner cars, even though I have installed saaexten that are supposedly compatible with Android 9
