We want to stick with the Reaper name,Logo is open for tweeking (if u can make better one), as for hierarchy founder of merging crew/MC will get Commish rank along with VP (if MC) lower rank officers will get Lieutenant rank and other will get Rep rank any new members after start as muscle, until they earn their Rep rank ( be active in crew and just follow the rules).
