Quick job deathmatch - choice for Rockstar or user?

When selecting quick job for deathmatch, is there a way too select whether you want Rockstar or other users?

That would be like f*cking gold for me right now.

Wasting time exiting so many lobbies waiting for the load to poop me back to my apartment so I can do it all over again.

Yeah, that's what we need, even less people joining via quick select. There are a lot of people out there who put effort in to creating a quality product, and they'd get f*cked over immensely by this. It's hard as balls already to get a match going, never mind a full match.

I guess I wouldn't mind being sent to the occasional "CREATED DM LOBBY" in QUICK JOBS option but then they should only include the TOP RATED Created DM's....NOT EVERYONES HALF ASSED sh*t.

 

 

But yeah not everyone wants to play lame as f*ck created crap and there is A LOT of it out there.

Like the melee map where the creator puts in a gun and he just camps near the gun spawn and shoots you while you are running around with a bat in a soccer field!!!...meanwhile the creator prick shoots everyone with his gun and that is supposed to be fun?

Couldn't even get close to him to hit him with the bat because the ass had a gun.

 

Last night wasn't so bad for me in the Quick Jobs....I only quit created maps 10 times and not the 30 times I did on Friday completely boring the hell out of me and putting the PS3 away at least 3 hours earlier than I usually do when I make time for my gaming.

 

Only COMMUNITY top-rated created content should come through the QUICK JOBS...

I've created a couple of things via content creator and it is very hard to get others to join. Yesterday I got a full room of 16 to join my newly created deathmatch and something happened and the servers went down of course. But I definitely can see the flipside to this. There's some definite crap out there. Fists only one time is fun - when you click quick match and see 4 out of 5 matches that are "content creations" though can be tedious. There's no skill involved at all and it's not all that fun to me. Or you get that one match that has forced pickup weapons against the creator of the match and there's a bunch of knives and one gun awkwardly placed in the map that the creator just "happens" to find himself and blisters all the others in the session with it. My friend and I had such a match a couple of days ago. After getting destroyed over and over we both just jumped out of the arena he created and went on down the road far away from him and just goofed off. He eventually tried to find us and it turned into a great game of hide and seek which ended about a mile away from the original deathmatch location with him meeting the business end of my knife as he came around the corner.

 

And are people just wanting to be hated that creates some of this garbage? Especially when you have a match where he requests everyone stay in vehicles to make it a demolition derby. He set it for 10 minutes so I thought why not see how this works. Right before the game launched that SOB changed it to 60 minutes and within 5 minutes everyone had exited out of his game. I don't like quitting jobs because of the possibility of bad sport but I'll be damned if I'm going to play a God awful map for 60 minutes. I never send anyone a message no matter how frustrated I am with them after a match. I made sure to leave him a nice little note regarding his bullcrap move to go from a 10 minute match to a 60 minute match so quickly no one could exit out.

Day Reaper, that's exactly what happened to me, melee on the golf course started out with a golf club, I didn't see any guns on mini map just batons and knives. I get close to someone, shot with gun!! Surprise surprise it's the host/creator.

 

Another was on a bridge, they had a tank!

 

I have played decent ones don't get me wrong, I want choice.

Well im sorry but your comment doesnt make any sense, if all maps start in equal ground then people should play them in equal chances, because thats the only way they can rank good maps: The only way for top-rated content to exist is if we sacrifice ourselves and play some awful maps in order to find the real good ones and rank them up.

And of course, R* will have to change some things (like quitting penalty) in order to make that work.

 

Also, are you playing on free-aim or auto-aim?

Because im in free-aim all the time and so far i have found ONLY ONE awful map.... It was a sh*tty unarmed-only match in Groove Street, this game wasnt designed for PvP wrestling XD.

But then yesterday i joined some friends in the auto-aim lobby, we got into a quick deathmatch and we were put in 5 AWFUL maps in a row, at the end my eyes were bleeding and we decided to switch to races

 

Anyway R* created maps are an insult to mapping and are broken as hell anyway, many gamers may not understand it, but anyone with basic knowledge about multiplayer systems and mapping would not let them pass the designing board (I highly doubt R* even had such a thing).

 

BTW im a mapper, and im making Arenas, it turns out that GTA:Online's spawn system works better with open FOVs that take advantage of the third person view, but at the same time theres enough space for lateral and low cover. Banner Hotel and Spa is quite balanced and it is a lot of fun, FIB Roof still requires some tweaking, and im working on other 2 atm. (also, dont try my plane race, it sucks hard) THEY ARE CREATED FOR FREE AIM, dont even try them with auto-aim it will be instakill shotgun paradise XD

I just spent 25 minutes trying to get somebody in to a 12 man race. After 24 minutes, I got my first joined and then one other and lastly a third. FOUR PEOPL... Oh, one bailed. That's just me and the dynamic duo ... after 25 minutes ... Had the same problem last night where nobody would join in a deathmatch I made. It's ridiculous, and separating UC from R* would kill UC

My time is valuable and my gaming time is even more so...and yes I get the AUTO-AIM thing...but tell me what EXCATLY is the point to have FREE-AIM when you are using a shotgun? There should be a list of all the hosted games, and you choose which one you want to join. This has always been the best way matchmaking has been dealt with, no idea why games just do it randomly these days its sh*t.

I'm pretty sure not all of it sucks. But the ones that I have played have been brutal. Maybe it was the time I logged in, I don't know, I do know that--- I wish I didn't have to make several attempts to get a Rockstar created map.
