"your car has been destroyed".....

So last night I was cruisin around in my Sandking XL with 3 guys that I had just met....We all hopped in my truck with myself as the driver while we were in my garage....about 30 secs after we left my garage I got the "your car has been destroyed, call mutual ..." message. WHILE WE WERE DRIVING IN MY TRUCK. this happened again later with my Stinger GT.

 

Has this happened to anyone else?

I had the same problem.

 

After clearing Hard Drive Cache it was fixed.

 

Just hold L1+R1+Square on loading screen as soon as you launch the game, keep holding those buttons at the same time until you get the brightness settings screen ( means it worked ) then you are good

Twice in the past 24 hours, my mechanic has delivered my car to me upside down and destroyed. Once in a mission and once just in free roam. What the christ?

I get that constantly. Mors won't even pick up when I try to call.

On xbox the square is an x I believe. Also xbox users can clear the cache by selecting the hd in settings> memory/storage and pressing y.

Feel lucky it was just your sand king... I got spawn killed by a tank in my fullly decked Cheetah, it said my car had been destroyed, except Mors Mutual wont pick up the phone... So much for that 1.2 mil invested!
