Tailgater

Can anyone do me a massive favour and help me get one of these please? Dont know how to dupe so would need someone with a Tailgater to join my session and drive about until it spawns or someone with a text from Simeon with it on, but really badly want this car and it wuld be greatly appreciated! Would even give you some money!

i've got a tailgater, dunno how to dupe though, and if it involves selling my apartment, i don't think i wanna try it

 

i'm on ps3 and i don't mind driving around for a whiles or anything

Ive tried the beach car park, never seems to turn up! Il keep trying there though...

 

@JLK - I heard it was apartment selling or something and im not going to try it either! Any chance you could add me and drive around in my lobby in your Tailgater and see if it spawns?

'I've got a tailgater also...Picked at the start of my new character because I knew how rare it was LOL.Not sure about that duping method...Sounds extremely unsafe... I don't mind helping you look for one if my car helps it spawn.

I may be able to give you a Tailgater, but it really depends. I was thinking of replacing my Tailgater with the Super Diamond, if I buy the SD and replace my Tailgater with it while I'm cruising around in my Tailgater, does it cease to be my PV allowing someone else to store it in their garage?

i think so, they would have to drive it after you get the text saying it has been delivered to your garage

Here's how I got mine

Simeon is your best bet. Either the Tennis Court parking lot in Vespucci, or the Golf Club parking lot. I don't remember what I was driving but I only seen them spawn on their own once maybe twice. The one time I do remember though there was like 6 at a red light.

if you replace a personal vehicle thats not garaged, it'll just kick out anyone inside it and be locked until it despawns, which is lame

Here is how I got mine.

After you see the car is on Simeon's list leave online.

Go to an invite only session.

This prevents others from stopping the game from updating the area.

Drive to the second to last parking space in the Golf course parking lot, on the side closest to the building.

If not there drive to the nearest LSC then back again.

Rinse and repeat.

People have reported seeing them at the golf course parking lot, tennis court parking lot on the beach and in the movie studio in the blue parking area towards the front side (the entrance closer to Weazel Plaza and Richards Majestic.) I've never seen it at the beach tennis court lot, but I've seen it once at the golf course lot and 2-3 times in the movie studio. Found the one I own at the movie studio. I've never seen them driving, only parked. If there's nothing to do, I often look to see if there's one in the few spots, but I've really barely ever seen it.

 

Car offers a bunch of custom options and it's a nice car, but it's not a dazzling car. I certainly drive it at times, but it's not the first car I look to. I say keep looking, but keep your expectations reasonable.

I've found the Tailgater there(swimming pool turned parking lot) when Simeon asks for one.

 

However, I've also gone there and only have the Penumbra there(also on Simeon's list at the time).
