Finally today I got gifted money. The guy said he was hosting the game of his laptop, and this is how he was able to do it. And to all those who think it would ruin their game, it most certainly does not

And now you can add me to the list of people gifted a large sum of money... I kept reading on the forums about all these people who were gifted money, the ones bitching about it. And I doubted it. Kept wishing it would happen to me. And it finally has! I don't know who but THANK YOU! No more grinding... Even though I now have a billion dollars I'm still not buy an Adder, chrome or otherwise.

No you don't get offered, it just pops up saying userwhatever gave you $190,000,000. You do however have the option to bank it as it comes to you as loose cash.

Last night me and a crew member were just hangin out, killing a few other players who seemed to be blowing up anybody trying to mod their cars. I suddenly got the message pop up saying id been given $190,000,000. I quickly txt the guy who sent it to say thank you what a nice suprise, then as I pressed send on a second txt asking my crew friend if he had got it too, POP, another 65,500,000.
I tried to txt him to say thanks again, but before I could he had left the session.

Turns out he gave everybody in the session varying amounts and this resulted in a 20 min period of sports cars driving round fully modded, followed by an army of tanks, buzzards, rocket launchers, stickys. It was insane but amazing.

I too worried about if this ever happened would it ruin my drive to play and enjoyment. Hell no is my attitude now. I still do missions for RP and now its more fun as I can use a variety of vehicles, and the best part is being able to help out others who are broke.
