Pegasus Question

I finally have enough to buy a buzzard which I have been wanting for a while.

But before I buy it, I've a concern that I find no answer to.

With a personal car, its lockable. And easily replaced if damaged or destroyed by the insurance.

So the question, will my buzzard have those same options?

They cost a lot and I don't want to keep paying for it.

You don't pay insurance on Pegasus vehicles so if it's destroyed you ring Pegasus again and they drop it off somewhere.

 

Vehicles are not lockable so if someone gets there before you they can steal it, if it gets stolen you receive a text from Pegasus telling you.

I wasted money on a helicopter that I never use. You have to phone up and get it delivered to the "nearest" helicopter spawn point. It's inconvenient, you can't get it delivered anywhere on the map.

You just pay a nominal charge to have it delivered each time.

The problem is actually getting it delivered close by and not having another player near that spawn point that may cause it to be undeliverable.

I'd only buy one if money was not an issue.
