GTA V Collateral Sniper Shot - How many die?

So, the GTA 5 sniper bullet can now kill multiple people just like call of duty and battlefield. However, the question is how many people can it kill?

Glad you enjoyed it. I thought it would only go through about three so it was quite surprising, must've been nice to hit a collateral that isn't set up.

i think the amount of people you kill with 1 shot depends on the distance.

 

anyway sniper rifle its my main weapon, i have close to 2000kills, over 500 headshots and accuracy of 55%. cant wait til i reach level 90 so i can buy the Heavy Sniper Rifle.

Thanks for joining, we really needed the players, glad you could make it. Haha, yea the bullet goes through way more than expected. I think one of the guys who survived (wazup) only did so in the first line up because he wasn't in line, and as for chicken he is rank 150+ so his health is too high I believe.

a .50BMG round in real life can go through multiple people if they were stacked one behind the other. My best in this game was 3. You can get 2 with 1 bullet if they are on a motorcycle, and stay put for the few seconds you need to line up the shot.

Look at that, a informative vid that isn't about glitching or customizing a car. Good video. We have a video section for this but i think that not many people watch them since not many enter those threads. I understand that many people want to be noticed when posting a video, so many post them in the general gta 5 forum. But that's not really what the rules are saying. There need to be an alternative solution for these kinds of threads or vids. Useless vids like glitching (North yankton glitch is probably the only good one lol) don't have imo a place here. Maybe if users get the option to tag their thread as vid, maybe that help.

Yes, we missed a lot of stuff like distance, heavy sniper and suppressor so we will probably make another. That's really good especially that accuracy with the sniper, you should snipe pilots, a lot of fun.!

The video thread is like going to YouTube and searching GTA V, too much random videos and so many pages that no one watches. One of my videos on its own thread got over 35,000 views yet the video thread is at 20,000 so it is clearly disadvantageous to post there. I just try to post as little as possible, although it is evident that the number of users has decreased since the release.

I agree with that, good point. Think there needs to be a discussion about this, this is kinda an though cookie. In my opinon, funny, glitching, random vids should be in the video section. And useful vids need to have there own thread. There was a vid where an user tests if offroad tires really make a difference, these kind of vids deserve an own thread. I got to be honest, if the vids like that don´t get there own thread then probably no one would find them.

 

If users have vids that are useful/informative/interesting then they should tag their threads as: "video". You know when a thread has a poll and you see before even entering the thread the poll tag? That should also be applied to video's. Wonder what other people think about it, i try to find it out.

Something is wrong here... Either you're not lining up the shots properly, or someone is using bullshark testosterone/armored vests to mess with your results... I just can't see any way a level 100+ at the end of the line dies, and a level <20 in the middle of the line survives. Your health increases with each level up til level 100.

Hmm, good point, needs further testing. In the first shot, I am sure the first guy survives because he is out of line, pink guy has too much health though. I was the level 20 at the end of the second line, but idk how three survived that time, but only two the first time. You are right, it doesn't add up.

 

Also, that point about health increasing each level till 100 is very interesting, didn't know that.
