Please forgive the self-promotion. I made a race designed specifically for farming the car parts. It is shorter than criminal records and takes about 23 seconds to finish. If you're interested check it out:

If you are unhappy with the payout you can earn a thousand dollars every other race by manipulating the betting system. When it's your turn to win, bet $2500. When it's your turn to lose, bet $100. Make sure your partner does the same. You'll clear $1000 every time you win. I know it's not much but it's better than nothing.
